Terms & Conditions
All travel fees are calculated to an exact distance from our business address to the service location address you provided. The first 15km of each trip is complimentary, any further distance is charged at $2.00 per kilometre, and the travel fee is applicable to both outward and return trip. The distance would be based on the values given by a navigation system such as Google Maps. Parking charges apply when free parking is not available close by to the service location.
For bookings out of 6am – 8pm in metro area, or out of 7am – 7pm in non-metro area incurs a 15% surcharge.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% per invoice item or $100 per invoice – whichever is higher – is applicable.
The booked in date of service is only secured when the deposit is received.
The remaining amount of invoice is due 7-days prior to the booked in date of service. If the remaining amount of the invoice is not paid before the due date aforementioned, management reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding any of the deposit payments.
No variation of invoice items, booked in date of service, or service location shall be valid unless it is explicitly agreed by both parties.
If both parties agreed on modifying the invoice items, the deposits of any cancelled invoice items are not refundable nor transferrable to any other invoice items, whether the invoice items were existing or new. If both parties agreed on modifying the service location, any additional travel fees that may be applicable will need to be paid in full along with the remaining amount of invoice before the due date.
